Policies & Payment Options:

We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards via Paypal.
We accept bank transfers.
Please note that we do not take ANY form of card payment over the phone.
Please note that when paying by Credit Card you are covered by your insurance. If you have any concerns please contact your Credit Card company for more details.
We can also accept Cheques, however the Cheque has to clear before we will dispatch the Watch to you. Please call us to discuss this option in more detail.
Due to our company policy we do not accept cash over £8000.
Order Process - Offline
Please call us, 07919-330334 or email our sales team on sales@time-design.co.uk, who will explain the options for all offline orders.

Delivery:

We send all Watches out by Royal Mail Special Delivery, for delivery Monday to Saturday. The standard cost of delivery is free for UK delivery addresses which includes all packaging and insurance, sometimes we will charge £20 due to the size and weight of the individual watch box and packaging, i.e.: Panerai watches are £20. The delivery will arrive the following day by 1pm (we can not take responsibility for delivery problems with the Royal Mail) the parcel has to be signed for by the purchaser. We can also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed before 9am. The cost of this is dependant upon your order but is usually around £20. Please call us for more details. If you have not received an item please call us for your tracking number.

We only dispatch watches to UK & Northern Ireland postal addresses. We are unable to dispatch to mainland Europe (including Southern Ireland) or the United States. For your security delivery can only be made to the cardholders address. All other countries are by negotiation, please email before you order.

Guarantee:

We offer a seven-day money back guarantee on every New and pre-owned watch that we send out mail order unless otherwise stated. All Pre-owned watches come with a 3 month guarantee from time-design.co.uk unless stated otherwise. Zeno watches come with a 24-month warranty.
Time-design’s warranty does not apply to damage done by inappropriate use or miss treatment of your watch. We will also not be able to honor the warranty if a third party has opened up the watch. Please call if you have any problem with your watch within the warranty period.
The warranty does not extend to the watch bracelets, watch cases, watch glasses, buttons and crowns nor does it cover any damage done to the case and the movement by water or moisture entering the watch because of a handling error.
Please note that the purchaser is liable for all delivery/shipping costs incurred. Delivery is non-refundable. We do not cover accidental damage or loss. Warranties issued by time-design.co.uk are not transferable under any circumstances.
Pricing Information and Web Content
All of the information in regard to watches on our site, such as retail prices, Model Nos etc is correct to the best of our knowledge. Should you notice that anything is incorrect please contact us to let us know so we can put it right. These details are updated regularly but are subject to change without notification. Please note that when using the Currency Converter all Prices are at time of use and subject to change.

Complaints:

If you have reason to complain about our service then please call our Sales Team on 07919-330334 and we will endeavor to help you and sort out any grievances you have to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.

The Zeno Watch Basel Service Centre:

Please note that the time-design accepts no responsibility for work and repairs carried out by the Zeno watch Basel Service Centre on watches NOT bought from us. All new watches purchased from us carry a full 2-year guarantee unless specified when purchased.

Returns procedure:

Time-design does not advertise its trading address for security reasons but should you need to return something to us we will give you a UK returns address.
We have no showroom and do not meet clients in person unless there are special circumstances.
Existing customers, please email us before posting if you intend on returning a item.

We can offer a concienge service for special clients, including super fast delivey and even hand delivery to your home or business.
